Mono Amp or 2 Channel Amp

I wondering if i should go for a mono Ednine1. Amp for my 2 Kicker Comp VR 12" or a 2 Channel Amp. I was planning on buying the Ednine1. Amp but that amp has been on backordered for quite a few months now and I read from somewhere that they're not making it anymore. Well the Ednine1. Amp power was 1200W X1 @ 1ohm, 900W X1 @ 2ohm, & 450WW X1 @ 4ohm. All this power for the amp was only $350 including tax and shipping. The Kicker Comp VR 12" that I m going to buy is 2ohm.

Well I finally got an amp. I got the Zapco I-2100 Two channel amp. What do you think of that amp? Do you guys know if it's underrated or not? Here's the specifications of it:

So is it 350Watts at 4ohms the max?
