I second the Hifonics, but even then you aren't getting 1000 RMS for $150, up it to $200 and buy a higher model, and you will be good.

Good Luck man ...... I have dozens of amps. And not one true 1K-1.5K amp I'd let go of for anywhere near $150 .....

I've bought a stroker 1000, concept 1200, power acoustik a3000db, alpine 1k all for 100-120. Just missed a Memphis 1000 for 125. It can be done

yet over half of those are not true 1 - 1.5K RMS amps .... The Alpine is the only one on that list that will get to 1k, and it only gets there on 13.8v+ ....

But like I said, I wish you good luck ..... they are out there, but far and few between ....

A used Massive Audio N3 might be a good option to look for actually. They can usually be had for around 150 or less used ...

LOL... um its cea compliant? lol probably not... i threw a zrx 2000.1 on the bench... got about 1600 usable.. id give the 1500 around 1000-1200, it does nicely at 2ohms on some type rs though... lol

CEA compliant only means it will do rated at 4ohms and 14.4v. It's a ploy for crap companies that have one amp that passes. Does not mean it will do rated at lower loads.
