So i just read that Arpa makes zapco amps and also make monitor amps. Just wanted to know if Monitor amps should be treated like zapco amps and assumed underrateD?

No. Even if they were built by the same place, it doesn't mean their specifications are anywhere close to the same. I've heard they have an underrating of 10-15% at most, which is essentially negligable.

I don't know. I've heard both good and bad about them. But don't expect them to be heavily underrated or anything.
