i bank at fifth third bank and was wandering if i tell them my situation and tell them i will pay them 175 every week until its paid off do u think they would stop charging me late fees every day? like freeze it for a month or so?

As long as you don't have a horrible history of over drawing in the past they should cut you some slack. Being polite and not acting like a jackass will probably help, too. I've only over drawn once from my account, but my bank was real cool about it and they took all the charges off when I asked.
