Modern day A/D/S P640 amp equivalent ??

I've been out of the game for a long time but am going to put a modest system in my STi.

I already picked up Alpine 9857 and Polk SR6500's

Listen to all kinds of music and am looking for a modestly priced (4-500) SQ amp that would compare favorably with my old A/D/S P640 which I foolishly sold years ago.

Not planning to run a sub and if I do I'll pick up a class D later on.

Thoughts / Suggestions ?

Nice flexible amp that should do what you want. I have one that I bought about a year ago running a full system in my work van and i love it, great amp.
