Moar port?

I'm not entirely sure about this, but from what I've seen...Bigger port (to a certain point) = louder, but less damping below tuning and therefore you lose output below tuning alot quicker

smaller port = not as loud, but less loss of damping as you drop below tuning, so you can give em more power below tuning without bottoming out

someone correct me if I'm wrong

 
as long as its tuning stays the same (longer port) i don't think a bigger port can hurt you, i can't garentee a gain, but why don't you do it and let us know! someones gotta be the lab rat, and you've got thorshammer's results to look forward to. i know the less surface area the better (hence why you would run 1 6" port instead of 2 4" ports) but whether that effects output or not i coudn't tell you
