Mmats Experts? D200 info / manual?

I recently came across a mint Mmats D200 (not the HC model D200HC) and have been unable to get any response from Mmats about this amp. From what I've found, it is rated:

400W x 1 at 4 ohms

600W x 1 at 2 ohms

not stable at 1 ohm

Does anyone have a manual for this amp? I'd greatly appreciate a scan if you have one. If not, does anyone at least recall the external fuse rating required for this amp? I'll probably start w/ a 60A fuse if I can't find out the factory suggested one.

Sounds like a great plan lol. I figured you weren't going to sell it, I just wish you would have lol. It would have been used on my MB Quart PWE-352 =]

Pretty sure its one of the first amps mmats had back in the day.. Good quality amp. I have 3 of the dhcx2200's
