Is this a good price for this amp and will it do a true 2000rms at 2ohms or 1500rms it says both on description

Personally if you have the money, go with the MMATS. Small footprint, under rated and no disappointments.

MMats is good. It is a name you can feel good about having in your car since you frown down on lesser brands. Go for it.
