Missing link audio has a section over on steve meades board. Everyone I seen that tried it thought it was great.

I'd go ever there and read up on it. They are pretty affordable to it seems.

I have one. It is DEFINITELY worth the money. My amp used to run very hot because I was dropping to 10volts. After installing the module, I never drop below 12 and my amp runs at a decent temperature no matter how hard I play it. In fact, the subs heat up before the amp does because its such high voltage.

But really there supposed to be great if you don't want to swap out for an externally regulated alt.
