mixing lead acid with dry cell?

i just replaced my battery in the front of my truck not long ago, and its a big *** battery to begin with, im looking to buy an spv70 from a buddy of mine...

whats the major problem with wiring a typical lead acid battery in parrallel with a dry cell battery?
