All I can say is yes finding a new job is preferred there are no established "hostile workplace," laws under federal law. Your state may have laws that cover this sort of things though and it wouldn't hurt to review the banks employment policy which could state a "fair and relaxed work environment," or such.
But state laws say that it's hostile if they have no choice but continue to stay at the job and you have a witness to this.
Plus, your girl is leaving in two weeks so to me it's not worth going to extreme lengths.
