Misc. multimedia accessories?

I was looking on onlinecarstereo and i was looking through the multimedia accessories it as alot of different items but i dont kno what many of them are like..

I kno the basic idea off what most of them are just by the name but if you have any idea what any of them really do or why is it good to use any of them it would really help me out.
