miles driven weekly...

i drive to and from work for a total of a 1/4 mile a day. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifi could walk to my office in 3 minutes, but i don't because walking is overrated..
so a 3 minute walk = 1/4 tank of gas? What do you get 2 mpg?

i think driving is one of the most relaxing things ever, wish i had time/a reason to do it more. hah
Same here, as long as you don't have to deal with all the other tards commuting or just trying to get somewhere yesterday. This is why I enjoy night time driving or just a plain open road where I can go along at around 50mph or 70mph on the highway. Just nice and relaxing. Also driving with no destination is the best, put 130miles on my car one night just going for a cruise to nowhere. During snowmobile season we try and put on 300 miles a day which is a blast.

night time on the open freeway is the best. set the cruise, turn up the jams and just go.

I absolutely hate driving....traffic here sucks though so rarely do you find an open road. Open roads late at night on the motorcycle are awesome though, especially in the summer when it cools off at night...thats relaxing.

I love driving, I could car less about traffic and the rest. Driving in and of itself is so relaxing to me, no matter who is on the road with me or how much traffic there is.

I work 1 mile from my house. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

But every weekend and everynight I go everywhere. Fort Worth, Addison, Denton, Houston, Tyler...etc etc....I drive a ton of miles..

So far this year, I've put almost 24,000 miles on my Sebring.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Synthetic Royal Purple 10w30 FTW..

how many miles do you drive to work or school or during school or work or other things.i drive 203 miles a week just leaving my house and going straight to school not including going to lunch or going places i have to go after school or other random places i may go.

so i think on a average i drive 250-300 a week...

what about you guys discuss
i drive about 180/week right now. 2 months ago i was doing about 300

With Orkin anywhere from minimum 500 miles a week all the way up to like 800+ thts just in a 45-55hr work week.... Personal driving is like 150-200 miles or so a week in the Probe + Denali.

Funny how times change............with gas prices too boot! When I was young and gas was cheap, I just would go drive for hours upon hours or take my car to the strip, which was were our local hang out places were. Now being older, having a family and with gas prices, I hardly drive, but too work and back and to my family's and once in awhile to my frineds houses, which is seldom, epsecially during winter.

I drive about 100 miles to work a week and that is there and back. Then to family and friends, about another 100-150 depending how much I go see them, so majority of the time.

200-250 a week.

Wife drives an hour to work and back, so 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. IIRC she said she drives between 450-500 miles just to work and back. Then she drives roughly another 600 miles a week in between her stores as she is a district manager and has 3 stores she has to go to through out the week. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Least they pay her gas mileage for the in between stores!

With that said though, she is driving over 1100 miles a week. I think she beats most of us, lol!

Her car is getting near 200k! And don't look to be going much longer than that. Just something else we get to look forward too.............a new car!

I drive about 650 miles a week right now for work. Getting about 22MPG in my 240sx. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Just got my fuel line fixed, though, so it should go back up to 26MPG or so, I hope.
