One of the links I looked at said the poolhouse by itself was 10,000 sq. ft.

yeah our house is 4300 and the pool house does easily look twice the size

You guys must not know the value of homes if you dont think that place is worth 2 mill. The indoor pool and room is easily 3-400K alone with fountains and all. Either way that is assessment not the market value.

$2 mill seems like a steal. That much money would get you a house a tenth of that size around here. I would think a house like that would be more like $10 to $15 mill.

Don't forget, you have MC Hammers house sliding down the hill just a short distance from where you are. Probably looks a lot like this one inside, unless it sold since I left the area.

Dude, I would honestly so be there, if I didn't have to pick up my daughter in the afternoon and they head to the Akron-Canton airport to pick up my wife. I actually will be about 2 miles away from it when I go get my wife. I mean, I practically go past it.
