Might upgrade from a 2 channel amp to a 4 what are your thoughts on this amp?

I found someone locally selling a DCA-4100 - Cadence 1000 Watt 4 Ch Daytona Competition Amplifier they want 100 for it. Would it be a good value? Right now I am running a JL audio 150x2 slash v2 amp. I am thinking I might wanna use some rear speakers though. Would this be a good upgrade? I am open to suggestions and if anyone is interested in trades I have 2 jl audio 12w3's in a sealed box i might be willing to let go for a nice 4 channel amp. It is listed in the wtt section if anyone is interested.
