Mids and Highs

I am looking to buy mids and highs set-up. 6.5 and 6x9 (flush mount) I have not put a system together for around 4 years, and am not current with the "best for your buck" or best overall items. Any help would be appreciated! I am looking for the mid set-up, amp set-up and subs. Already have the h/u, and am contemplating crossovers.
