It says the mounting depth is 3 3/4", isnt that too deep?

i dont know whether you can buy these in the states but they might work ive heard them before but ony in the normal magnet size howeever this brand does very well (speakers) at the EMMA shows and also at the EISA awards both in SQ and in SPL

try the lionk check them out and see if there is someone in the states who deals with them im sure wherever you can get the audio system amps you will be able to get the speakers
