exercise & a normal diet**. if that doesn't yield results see your doctor, maybe have your thyroid checked.

absolutely no:

soft drinks

tea

energy drinks

fast food

junk food

fried food

...try & cut back on the carbs....breads, rice, pasta.

eat lots & lots of chicken, eggs, protein, & vegetables.

..some fruit & even red meat is ok (wouldn't eat hamburgers tho)

Bro, as much as username is an *******, he is right and apparently playing football, which is only seasonal, is not enough.

I was 340 pounds this time last year and blamed a lot of stuff on my metabolism, but guess what? I am down to 240 now. Believe it or not, I have had many downfalls in that year, live a stressful/busy life with work and kids, which means I have fell off the wagon a few times and I didnt gain weight back. I did something to speed up my metabolism and is called "working out" at the gym.

Really is the only way. A pill may help some people, or herbs or whatever, but the best way is hard work and putting some time in at the gym. And dont give me you don't have time.......I said the same **** and I get my *** in there 3-4 days a week....still.
