tbh, ive always had a naturally slow metabolism. it seems like no matter what i eat, how much i eat none of it works.

Nah, im not that big. 6'2 275 and play football. but wanna get down to around 230-240 by the end of spring.

but no ive never had my thyroid checked.

i know i had some gland removed when they took out my tonsils tho
