Messin with customer service

People that try to mess with me and are assholes when they call me, well they dont get their power turned on, and in extreme cases, they will be required to pay a deposit and have a lease and id verification done. before we will reconnect service

It saddens me to think of all the Indian children freezing in the cold Oklahoma winds because of some perceived slight on the part of their parents (most likely due to a langauge barrier). Reminds me of the Trail of Tears those poor people had to endure.

I just wanted a ballpark figure. The link i put up was just an example that they DO have some kind of idea of what its going to do and this company didnt. Thats all.

I also work in customer service and agree she should have been a little more informed... even with all the factors involved... I don't know what kind of info she may have had access too but it is her responsibility to at least address the customers concerns first before trying to push a sale off on him. Like any other catalog sales place....it is all about the numbers to the management... they don't give a shit about the customers experience.

I wuv my company... I get to play on the internet all day as long as I answer my customers concerns and answer all of their questions; which includes accessing the internet, white pages, or other agents in my company.
