merry christmas vs happy holidays..

x2 its as if saying merry Christmas is "wrong" these days. If I know somebody is jewish, I wont say it. 90% of Americans are christian/catholic and celebrate Christmas, but our country silences majority anyways

Technically, only ~80% are Christian (by the way, Catholicism is Christianity...no "/catholic" needed). The country does not silence the majority, as is obvious from the fact that Christmas is celebrated in a country whose constitution stipulates a separation between the church and state.

Has anyone considered celebrating Mithra's birthday instead?

Or is it about Santa for you?

majority is silenced when "happy holidays" replaces Merry Christmas. im 30,when i was younger, there was merry Christmas, not happy holidays. 80% is a large majority. To me its not about santa, Its CHRISTmas

My wife is a district manager for Sallys beauty and before the holidays come around, she has to go to all her stores and tell her managers not to say Merry Christmas and to say Happy Holidays.

Shit is unreal and she hates having to do so, but she has too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
