Memphis PR 100.4 vs Alpine MRV-F340

What one will i be better off with?

Currently running the memphis to a set of PG rsd comps in from and infinity 6x9 rears and and satisfied for now but have an offer to trade straight up for the alpine. Its a older v12 model n from what i understand the older v12 was wen alpine was in their prime
