Sold memphis mojo 16mc2000d needs work

i got this yesterday off craigslist and its messed up. i tested it on my power supply test station , the amp went to protest, and the current draw went to 25 and power supply went to protect (25 amp power supply)

there a burnt transistor/ resister/ diode idk exactly and a bubble cap that looks like it may be split at the seam

looking for 175 shipped or trade im trying to recop some $$$$$ or can anyone fix it for me? that would be cool as well
