All three that I have for sale are the 09 model. They are totally different from the 08 models (4kw). I have a brand new one in the box, and a used one. The new one I want $850 shipped and the used one I'll take $700 plus shipping. Dealer cost on these things are $950 each thats before taxes and shipping. Internet price on these are $1200+ . You are getting a hell of a deal. I also have a blown one I'll sell for $400, memphis should be able to fix it, or maybe you can if you have the knowledge. I ran two of them stapped and hit 158.8dbs at world finals. If you buy them both I'll pay the shipping and wave the PayPal feels. They will come with one distro block with (2) 250 fuses, a remote bass, and the stapping cable with each amp. At 17.7 volts they put out 7655 watts each at .5 ohms. These will burp at .25ohms if you have the electrical to back it up. I'll sell the new and used one both for $1400 shipped. If you buy all three, I'll go as low as $1700 shipped.

the internals are totally different. its like comparing an old DD M3 to the new M3. There is about a 500 to 600 watt difference. And a bigger difference at 18 volts. The protect is better and the new ones can burp at .25 ohms. Its not just the casing thats changed, the whole amp is redesigned. If they just changed the case they would not have changed the name. I was the only one running them at finals this year. Memphis has not sold very many. First they are so expensive and second, everyone thinks they are the same as the 4kws, which I assure you they are not. Oh and the 4000 watts is RMS. Not peak.

if I open the amp, it will void the warranty. Memphis won't even look at the amp if I open it. If you buy one, you can open it up.

you can not run them together. the bridging cable is different. the 4kw and mc1.4000 are different

but if i wasnt planning to bridge them it would be fine tho right? they would be running on 4 12"s. 1 amp to each set.

well you would have to adjust the amps so they are putting out the same watts. It will be hard to do, but maybe possible.

I loved them amps, I hit 158.8dbs with (2) 15s. With 3 amps and 3 15s I did a 160.1dbs, but it wasnt at a show so it doesnt count. That was in a new box with no tuning. I was gonna keep them and run them this year, but jimbo jumped into my class, and I cant hit 164 dbs, with my system. I was in the prostock unlimited class, but now Im gonna go into the 600-1800 class, so I need new amps. I am either gonna get 3 DDM3s or 3 PF600. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Not sure what happened to the 3rd amp, its not in protect it just doesnt have alot of output any more. You can still get output, but its not alot, maybe like 400watts. It should be easy to fix. I just dont want to bother with it. Thats why Im selling it so low. The used working one is a 10 out of 10 in function, and a 10 out of 10 in looks on the top, the bottom has some scratches so I would say 8 out of 10. The new one has never left the box.
