Memphis HPO 15" or Treo TSX 12"-best SQL?

First, I know some argue there's no such thing as 'SQL', but I'm just trying to keep the title brief....

Alright, '94 Grand Voyager minivan. The amp is a DEI 1100D. I really prefer to run a single sub setup, ported or sealed but which would you suggest for ultimate output and sound quality?

I've been running the Treo TSX 12" DVC ported(2cf/35hz) for a couple of months, replacing my dual Atlas12s (ported also). It's seeing around 7-800w @2ohm from the 1100D and I do like it. Very tight and gets fairly loud, depending on music. Could it handle more safely??

However, would the older Memphis HPO 15" get louder and still sound decent? I can fit anything up to around 5-6cf gross if I port it. I'm assuming it has the potential to get louder but I'm just not sure how it would sound doing it? If I kept it sealed, would I be wasting my time?

Just wondering if some of you guys had much experience w/either..

Thanks
