I have a PR300.2 2 channel amp on my front stage.
One side is cutting out on the amp.
I have replaced speakers, replaced RCA's, tried different outputs from HU.
Replaced speaker wires.
and I have switched the sides around on the amp and the problem just goes to the other side of my car.
So tomorrow I am going to do a short run of wire and hook a speaker up and see for sure, but I am almost positive it's the amp.
I opened it up a couple days ago, the RCA jacks are not loose.
Basically it cuts out when i crank the volume up and after i turn it down it will cut in or out when i hit bumps in the road and what not.
It is not clipping out, I figure this because only one side cuts off.
So memphis or amp experts. I'm going to pop the cover on it again. What should I look for being loose or something.
What typically fails in this scenario?
Thanks for the help
