SOLD Memphis 6.5" components

I have a pair of Memphis 6.5" components for sale $75 plus shipping. I bought them used and never hooked them up they've just been sittin. The plastic piece coverin the magnet on one of the speakers is cracked ( see in the pics ). Here are the specs:

I have no info on these as far as what the model number is. On the magnet it says Memphis studio component. And they are about 2 yrs old.
