Memphis 16-PR4.50 enough power?

Hey, thinkin about going with the Memphis 16-PR4.50 to push image dynamics 6.5 comps and bridging the rear outs for a JL stealthbox with a 10".... I was just told that this amp was underated at 82 watts a channel... which means bridged I could see 160 to the sub.... any comments? questions? what d' ya think?
