Some would think internet crime is hi profile now and judge's are trying to make examples out of people...might not be a slap on the wrist.

I agree thats how it should be...but unless the product is inherently dangerous to people, or is something unique like selling weapons, etc., I really doubt you will see any cases making it to the news where kids are selling burned DVDS by the thousands and being sent to jail for 20 years because of it.
