i posted some gear i was trying to sell or trade on another car audio web site

we ended up making a deal to trade my jbl gto 1201.1 amp plus $70 cash for his bnib lanzar opti 2000d

he gave me this site for his ref and it looks pretty good, so i went for the deal

we set up a date to send the amps out at the sametime,

i sent mine out with tracking numbers thur usps

i had fast shipping to him and he had no problems with the amp, about 4 weeks later he was trying to sell my amp on that other car audio site

3 weeks after shipping the amps?

his amp never came in the mail, i asked him wuts up with that?

and then about a week later, he said usps messed up the shipping and sent the amp back to him

so about a week later, he shipping out the amp again to me

so i gave it sometime

3 weeks later again, no amp yet, this was a monday

so he said if the amp doesn't come in by friday he will paypal me the $300 bucks for the amp and the $$ that i had sent him, and that he was gonna paypal me monday

monday came and no $$ in paypal

so after that he stopped replying to my email and he's not on aim anymore

its been almost 4 weeks since he was gonna paypal me the $$

so i remember about this site for his ref because i bookedmarketed it on my computer

so i started to look up his name here on this site and

from wut i came tell, he's been posting about 12:30am or so

i sent him a email telling him im gonna file a local (for him)police report and

file a report with usps for mail fraud (federal) claim

$300 bucks is $300 bucks

im not trying to file the reports, so i told him im gonna give him a week from today

to paypal me or email me or call me

i gave him my cell number

i don't want to file the reports and get him in trouble, i just want me amp

the lanzar opti

or my jbl amp and my cash back

just because i don't post on this site on the reg means he can rip me off

like i said be4, ones i get my good from mega1268, i will leave ur site alone and not bring this drama to the rest of you guys

im sorry but i don't like the fact that im getting jacked

This is getting rediculous i send this guy his amp 3 diffrent times. I keep getting the amp back as undeliverable return to sender. What is ur Mail address for the last time and ill send it ups and it will be there tues. ever since i came to this site ive had nothing but praise from all the people ive traded with not 1 thing ever went wrong.

If he is on an air force base you have to send it USPS not UPS. UPS doesnt have access to most bases past the front gate.

ups comes to my house all the time

so does fedex and dhl, usps

ive never had a problem getting a box shipped to my house be4

useing anyone of those companys
