I believe you have to positive rep so many people before you can rep again. I don't think negs count towards your "spreading of reputation". So if all he's done is neg people, he may very well not be able to rep you again....

Well if you check, I'm sure you'll see where I pos repped you, saying this shit is over with, so I don't see how I deserve to get neg repped for shit that happened last week. That's all, for people complaining about this system not working that's why, you can't just give out all negs, you need to give out pos reps too. So either way, he isn't helping the system if all he does is dwell on the negatives.

If you'll take a look at other forums, people get repp'd for everday things, you make a decent post, you get repped, you make a shitty post you get negged. It's there for you to hand out. As long as someone is contributing and not scamming others on this site, I have no problem with giving them a + rep. Even if all they do is come here and post O/T b/s. Even the slight chance that you didn't neg rep me this time, you obviously admit to doing it, and to quite a few people. That's just plain screwed up. Leave your name and be a man about it.

There's no concentrating needed. It was you, it was you who negged me and left "Cry baby" as the comment last time, then you negg'd another member earlier and left the same comment and my name, then neg'd me. It was you. You and one other person were on the forum at that time that had the ability to take off that many pts, and that person + rep'd me several times already. It was you, for someone that doesn't care, you are spending a lot of time refuting everything I say. Truth is, there's no way I can be 100% sure that it was you, but I'm sure enough that I'd place a bet on it. And you know what, if I lose, just take the winnings and get a haircut. The evidence is there, and it all fits your style.
