I bought the manual from them about 4 weeks ago with 2-3 day shipping

to my surprise, I get nothing

I send them two mails and don't get a response

I'd just love to know why companies refuse to respond to emails

then I call them up, the guy tells me he'll call me back with the situation

of course, no call back

what do I have to do, take it to small claims??

Anyone else have trouble with these guys?

I'd call back if i had my cell on me, but im in school and by the time I get back home they'd be closed

and unfortunately tomorrow I have a 9 hour interview so i cant do it then
