I know for sure it will work an 02-05 Taurus and Sable with the 24v duratec engine. I'm willing to bet it would work on the Ford Escape with the duratec engine too but I'm not sure. What car do you have? I can do some research to see if it will fit.

I don't believe so without modification of the wiring harness. I can check with the Taurus forum guys to find out for sure.
