I need to replace my O2 sensor and my Throttle Sensor in my 98 RAM 1500. The mechanic said those 2 products are $120-200 EACH but im looking online and i can get both of them for $80. Is there a recomended manufacturer for these products or would any one of them work for my pickup?

I know of a lot of shops that charge a mark up on parts. It would be the same exact part you would buy at Autozone and they run down their and pick it up, and come back and charge an extra 10% or so.

My sensor cost me 150 and I installed it myself. As been said earlier it's an easy install. Also you can go and sign out the tool needed to remove the sensor from autozone.

o2 sensors sensors vary in price for everything, i had a volvo s80 tt and those are like 399 each our cost and theres 4, your lucky its that cheap. also i dont see why you think a shop should give hand outs, were here to make money. like everyone else....
