I see. M1 it is then. So the reason I'm prolly seeing the scores I am is because the big guys just score enough to win??

Yep when I competed I did 47-48 all year busted tbe 52.1 out at finals or 51.2 **** been a little bit.

Right on. Well I'm gonna give it all I got! lol. We'll see where it gets me. How many people are typical in the class? M1? I know it varies. But best guess for april 6th?

yea im redoing my box then. i dont have near enough port area so im doing 2 8" aeros and getting that box out of there. i also dont have enough space between the ports and hatch for it to load so yea its coming out. it did 147.8 but i know it should be better then that

Now are you actually getting aeros made or are you going to be using tbose **** concrete formers and calling them aeros people do that all the time. I remember telling you that box was very meh

Really all depends how weather is if its like this probably just you if its nice hope 5-6 show uo hard to say really though

lol no im not using concrete sonotube's if thats what your referring to lol... ok you can say it.... you told me so...... IF the box wasnt so deep front to back it may have been ok and i would just change the ports and test it, but unfortunately the ports are only 4 inches from the hatch lol so the port area & port distance again are is guess choking the subs. but thats not a bad number with a sh1tty box lol

Choking the ports like that will push tuning down and port area would still be the same no matter where box was with the same ports. Box itself needed trashed.

ok i see. well it was still to close. when we tested i gained .7db just from pushing the box off the hatch another 3 inches. so its coming out.

Meter session went well. Peak is 41hz we believe. Hit a 147.1 first run and ended up with a 148.3 I believe with replacing my front battery with another deka 9a31 will put me in the 149's...
The box is 8 cubes. common chamber. tuned to 33hz. two six inch areos.

Where did they meter you at ? Did they stick on pass. windshield or on a stand @ the headrest or in the kick panel area

good score....your peak will change a little from wherever they metered to the headrest (unless they tested there, but not many shops have meca stands)

I lose a little in my truck going from windshield w/door open to headrest w/door open

Kick panel is usually always going to meter the highest

nice.... im doing alot of work to my truck and im down to like 1 week and 3 days lol. actually less because i work sun-thurs so i dont have alot of time to do anything. but im hoping for atleast a 149, i would be content with that i guess
