Measuring load seen by the amp

How do you actually go about measuring the impedence your amp is seeing while playing music. I know how to measure the coils and how to wire everything, but how do i measure to see what the load the amp is really seeing after box rise and all that? And does that number fluctuate up and down while playing music?

It's all kinda arbitrary for me because i don't compete but i'm always trying to expand my knowledge.

The impedence rise will change as the frequency does, it's pretty useless to try to calculate it, I would think, unless your competing, music is dynamic, unlike tones. So the imp. rise vs frequency isn't quite as useful.
