Hey, even I have to admit my mom helped me out a lot on my first house. Didnt have the credit then. But still paid the monthly payments and utilities.

Well, theres really not too much wrong with getting help from parents. As long as you (not you) arent acting like you are a baller because of it.

Have to add this was on a 85000 dollar loan, not what he is paying, lol!

I remember back when I bought my car the guy told me I may want to get a co signer(so the interest rate would be lower), then when i got my mom to agree and he checked her credit score he said it wouldnt make a difference since me and my mom had the same score. That didnt make sense, to me, but whatever. They ended up just giving me the loan.

That is cheap.....my parents sold their house for 1 million dollar for just 2800 sq ft & half acre land...that just nuts Cali house arent cheap anymore. most house around i live are $600,000 - $3 million
