earthquake is trash. plain and simple.

please get a nice amp for this, and make a proper enclosure.

what are the current specs that you're looking at for installing it?

last time i tried to make a design for a jackhammer, the only response graph that looked correct was tuning it around 16hz (near its fs) otherwise there is an enormous peak and it wont play music well at all.

your best bet is to make a box that has roughly 20-25 cubes of airspace before displacements and go off of that.

id really tune it lower, 25hz max

power house for example says i give u 1000 watts...it will give me 1000 watts really on 12 volt in fact in the 13.8 and higher we will get more power

i drove cvx with power acoustik 3400 db and i get 130 db

then i install the ph2000 d1.1 and i get 136.6 db

6 db is not simple...simply we can say it but in the final work the result is diffrent

The only way I ever saw the rated power out of either of those amps was when the PH5000s were heavily moddified and taking 18volts. I can assure you, you will never ever see 10,000wrms out of that amp on 13.8volts . I would bet you my truck on it and if im right you send me that Jackhammer

power acoustik is budget crap. the ph2000 isnt any better.

you're just another dumbass who has too much money and is looking for things with the biggest numbers as opposed to doing real research and listening to people who know much more about the audio world than you do.

^^^because PA stuff is shitty also. Also, just changing out similarly powerful amps is NOT going to give you a 6.6db gain...you're full of shit.

I have a hard time believing this also. Unless something with the electrical was REALLY upgraded after the first amp and a better voltage was given.

A 6.6db is a HUGE increase.

Do you measure this on a TL? If not, get one.
