mdf kick panles

has anyone ever attempted just to make a small box out of mdf to fit like lets say a 6.5 component and mounted it to an existing kick panel? this wouldhelp a lot of people out who are bad at fiberglassing and/or scared to try ... it would be nice to know f it can be done

It can be done.. But not effectively. You will not have enough room for cube kick panels. A lot of poeple on here have them, only for temporary use. They are ugly and get in the way of feet.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

yeah, you wouldnt want big square cubes on your floor. If your scared of fiberglassing, just try a small project first, or you can go to the local junk yard and your model car, and get the kick pannels out of it and practice on those.
