mdf adapters

i m new to making these and dont have a digram but how do i make mdf rings for 6.5 mids my doors accept 5 1/4 and im going to 6 1/2 can someone tell me the cut out inside and outside cuts i dont have them yet or i could go ahead and make um my self

wait till you get em... speakers cutout diameter and the ring diameter can vary

you would need a router and a jig.
