MD Napalm's VS AQ HD3

Well, I PRETTY much had my heart and money set on an HD3 (was going to drop the cash this week) but, a MD Rep came along and offer a 12" Napalm to me @ almost Half Price (Normal is $500, you do the math) SHIPPED. I haven't really looked into the Napalm's but I have heard that MD is a pretty good company, and they did score 4th on the Great 12" Challenge off little wattage, which is good too.

Does anyone have anything to say about the 2 or about each one. The Napalm is cheaper and looks like a pretty nice DD.

LMK your thoughts on this situation, it looks like a good deal to me.

EDIT: I'm just hoping with the Napalm that there is SOME SQ in it. It's a DD sub (Mid-Level SPL) so it should be decent. Also, when you think about it, this is their 3rd from the TOP SPL sub, and scored 4th in the SPL Test with some nice SPL Driver's. The next two subs are well beyond (as I've heard) the Napalm in SPL, so we will see if and how MD Crushes the SPL Scene with it's Smartbomb and Hellfire.

No offence man but that rep(arameggadon) is offen that deal to everyone he knows and he is tryin to sound personal which pisses me off. Dont get me wrong thats still a good deal i just hate when peole act fake.

Either will do the trick I have never done any buisness with MD so I cant comment on support and what not. IMO The " GREAT" 12 challenge is a big load of BS it proves nothing

Yea, I get what your saying, but that is a good price none the less. If he delivers and it works, I am happy.

It sounds like you've made up your mind... I wonder how the AudioQue would have fared at the 12" Challenge.....
