McIntosh MX406 vs Nak CD400?

Need some advice. Looking for a CD headunit that looks old for my 1978 car.

So far the only two that I have found that will look correct are the two I listed. The MX406 is almost three times the price of the CD400.....is it really that good?

I will be supplying sound for a very simple system with an amp and 6.5" 2-ways.
