Unfortunately, Woofersetc is not an Authorized dealer of ours - sothere would be no manufacture's warranty thru us. We do not sell to

them, and do not know where they get our product from.

My best suggestion would be to send it back to them and ask for an

exchange or refund.

Yes, go to a shop or buy from a verified authorized online retailer, they have lots of options for you to choose from.

how long have you had it? i thought woofersetc came with their own warranites.

EDIT: just read on their site they offer a 1 yr warranty on all their products.

Woofersetc has a 1 year in house warranty. Make sure you have your paperwork, but they should be able to honor their policy if your product is within the guidelines.

Has anyone had a product serviced by woofers? Would it be to manufacturer's standards(I'm doubting them)?

In most cases they will just send you a new amp if you meet there guidelines. I had a Diamond Audio D3 800.1 that I bought from them a while ago and when it died out I called and got the RA# and I had my amp back within 2 week's. Unless they do it differently now they shipped out a new amp as soon as they got mine in and looked at it to make sure I met there guidelines. To my knowledge the guy that has the amp is still using it.

Nothing to worry about at all, contact us by phone or send us an email to info@woofersetc.com with your order and contact info. As long as it has not been over a year from the date of purchase we will swap it out for a brand new amp.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Woofersetc.com i had burned out some Hex tweeters and they got them warrantied for me fast.

Contact them before buying a new amp and im sure they will get it right for you.
