I've got that payment in my account, paypal just didn't send me a confirmation e-mail for it so I didn't catch it.

That means all tickets +2 have been sold...the purchasing is CLOSED.

What would you guys perfer, run with 102 tickets, or refund the last 2? I think the last two should be refunded, but I'll take a few opinions before a final decison is made.

Refund the last 2. It was set at a 100 limit. No need in lowering everyone else's odds.

Oh a wise guy ehhh....knyuk, knyuk, knyuk.....wooowowoowowowoo (just in case your too young that is a reference to curly of the 3 stooges....**** I'm old.....), no email to be found....anyways I am said person and when ever I could remember, because the raffle would sell out in like 5-10 hours, I would buy a single ticket....shit btw you have a great memory because I could'nt even remember the specifics of it.
