I really dont think you would be saying that if they were YOUR subs sitting in his garage for what, 6 months? pretty sure you wouldnt care if it was him or lloyd... you would just want your subs back... Here- lets try it out- send me your sub. ill abuse it, post my thoughts on it, throw it in my garage for 2 months, you can then make a thread saying "02parkave, where are my subs?" i will promise to send them back on my dime (even though its "not my responsability") but, wait- i wont send them back... then you can wait another 4 months, update the thread saying "hey man, still aint got my subs..." ill say "aww man, im WAY too broke to make good on my promise, but hey- look at this blown sub i just bought!" Also- Check out my new amps!!! im ordering more soon! ahh- im not a "respected" forum member like lilmaniac, so im sure ill get bashed.. he will always have his fan club (him and lloyd) and he does know his shit... but what him (and lloyd) did to those 2-3 people was beyond shitty. hes not any better than any other scammer, but because of his fan-base, its ok to just not send the subs back to some people, apparently..

Good to know.. im sure people will be happy to know that their subs will come back.. and BTW- growing up is not NEAR as much fun...

EDIT- thanks for the tracking #'s, i guess (not my subs, and i dont need the #'s, i dont doubt its been taken care of).. too bad its still 6 months too late...

But the three subs that were owed were all blown...blown when they were SENT to the 12" challenge. Loyd and the guys up there were going to try and fix them, but they were beyond repair and/or the repair parts werent available. I know that property is property. But come on. Woud you ship 20 dollars worth of subs for 150 when its not your responsibility.

Besides that- why should it get dropped? Look at all the scammers in the feedback forums... their threads get 50+pages.. here is a good one for example-

NOw- look at it- guy doesnt send shit out, refund money, whatever.. ONLY WHEN he gets called out again, and again, and again does he do ANYTHING about it... Lilmaniac did the SAME EXACT THING (not a word was said about these subs, no effort to return them till called out the first time, then a weak promise to return them that was never fulfilled, then more callout FINALLY something is done) but its ok, because lilmaniac is "respected" and your buddy, so its ok, right?

Yeah they said that.. and it is too bad. but like you said- property IS property, plus the original thread poster offered to pay to send his subs back! still nothing...and yes- i probably would if i (like he did) had promised to send them back, at my expence. i see where you are coming form, though
