Brand New, taken out of shipping box to take pictures. I am selling this one because it does not match my other two.

These can be used in conjunction with batteries and caps, you just need to wire them right and I will tell the buyer exactly how. There are 2.7V caps inside and a regulating system that is far beyond those little ebay bar regulator things. (COMES WITH INSTRUCTION CARD!!)

Nobody wants Bada** Maxwell Power? this is better than raw caps people, no risk of fire, blowing up caps, arcing, ect. Plus its in a nice group 31 module and weighs only 16lbs
