I'm looking to purchase a new bed since I'm getting a larger bedroom.

Right now I have a waterbed and I think it's affecting my sleep because I have a bad back.

Anyways, I'm looking for some recommendations from the ca.com community.

I'm not looking to get assraped on price so if we can keep it in the $1000 and under range, that would be fantastic.

Any thoughts/opinions? Almost forgot, I'm looking for a queen size.

Not too sure on the softness. I would say somewhere in between. I need decent support for my back, but I don't want to be sleeping on a rock.

From the prices I've seen online, $1000 seems to be a decent price for a good mattress/boxspring combo.

Frame is not included in that.

I just picked up a bad ass matress and box spring.

got it all for 459.00 cost threw my work.

I went to a mom and pop store and got a way better deal than at say matree giant/ serta store.

go to a mattress specialty store and look at the different types(internals)

I have a queen that is firm with a very good pillowtop, but don't remember the brand because I removed the "do not remove this" tag:crap:

and it was $1200 including box spring

Search online for reviews. I got mine during the Berk sale at NFM so it was much cheaper than listed but you will be hard pressed to find a better bed.

I think they sell direct as well.

i bought the queen, slept on it for one night, went and traded it in for the King..

Sealy mattress' are great. I have a twin, and my brother has a king. Both are pillowtops.
