Mark Antony current draw

I just got a Mark Antony 25opcm, and I need to know if I'll be alright running 4awg power and ground cables with only a 100amp fuse. This beast of an amp is supposed to be .5 ohm stable pushing around 1300w, but I am only using it with a 2 ohm load around 800w. I have a DMM, if that helps!

Go big, that way you won't need to upgrade down the road.

The 4/0 gauge and the 100 amp fuse will work fine for 800watts though.

Sounds good. I'll leave this in for now since I just put it in, but if I ever take it down to 1ohm, i'll be looking for some 2awg or bigger. Thanks!

awesome amp, but try 1380wrms @1 ohm and it is .5 ohm stable for burps and such, power????

I actually bought it off of someone on this forum. Wasn't even too expensive. Really sweet amp. I just wish I had the electrical system, subs, box, and car to get the most out of it. I feel like I am wasting potential with in in the back of my Ranger, powering 2 Polk MOMO's in a box that gives each sub .9 ft^3. I should be slaying some real subs with the power.

I have heard of people burping it at .25ohms and using it at .5ohms daily. That just might be talk though. I dunno, it's a helluva amp.
