manipulating an amp

a few days ago my friend said I could get more power outta my crappy amp, something about wiring them weird, i dunno if this is true or bs but if anyone knows what hes talkin about plz tell me

amp specs:

100x2wrms at 4 ohms

150x2wrms at 2 ohms

300x1wrms at 4 ohms bridged
