Man shoots motorcyclists that was following his daughters.

Most of my post was reffering to Ryan, I should have clarified that. The only post I had read of yours was the one that said you agreed with him, so i jumped to conclusions, my bad.

Also, I wasn't trying to justify the biker's actions, I was simply stating the other side of the argument that while the biker could have been a bigger man, the daughters/fathers could have done the same, so really I was pointing his flawed logic.

Also, I was just saying we don't know what happened, we just don't. Maybe the girls accidently hit him and got scared and decided to continue to drive home, and instead of trying to remember the plate number, he wanted a location. Just throwing that out there.

In the end tho, yes it was his decision to follow to the house, and with all the crazy people out there, it was obviously not a wise decision. i think we are on the same position on this.

Lesson learned tho, never follow somebody home, lol.

Your original posts seemed to place the majority of the blame on the biker based on the stereotype all bikers are douchebags. I had not read page 6 or 7 while I wrote my reply, you seem to have taken a more reasonable stance now, as IgnoreMe has also argued my point to it, albeit in a more reasonable manner.
But I never once stated that he deserved to be killed for his actions. All I ststaed was that the "hardass on a motorcycle following two teenage girls around" is a more plausable scenario than saying that the motorcyclist was just following someone home in order to give an address to the cops, and that not one ounce of the original story is true.

Hmmmm...what's easier to memorize, an address with who knows how many numbers/words/optional endings(rd, ct, dr, st, apartment number, etc.), or just memorizing a plate?

Bam! Agree 100%

i have an easier time remembering how to get to a location than i do remembering a phone number (license number would, of course, be 7 digits as well around CA). its as easy as coming back later to actually get the full address. should be easy to recognize the car that the whole ordeal was with as well.

I think its understandable that if you called them a douchebag, they would probably kick your ***, or kill you with those hammers they like to carry, but only because assholes and thugs are the only ones who are going to even try to join the hells angels.
its not right that they would do that, im just saying i can understand why they would come after you (because its a bunch of "tough guys", that need to act badass).

what i meant by my hells angels post was that, its probably not a good idea to let the hells angels represent riders as a whole //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Bad example on my part. What I meant was, going on a forum and throwing around stereotypes just makes you look ignorant. Everyone stereotypes other people, and has most likely been stereotyped themselves, but as long as people keep their prejudices to themselves, there is no harm done. And dropping a "99%" of such and such group is like this way...to act like you're not labeling the WHOLE group that way...is just a cop-out. You can't even stand behind your own belief. And if you recognize that there are some people that aren't the way you describe them, then what is the point of a stereotype? I drive a V6 Mustang, yet you know nothing about me or what kind of person I am. And I could honestly care less. I have seen my fair share of motorcycle riders (and I am assuming you are separating the cruiser/chopper riders from the "douchebag" crotch-rocket riders) ride like idiots and rev their bikes up to 13k rpm in 1st up and down my street; I've also seen my fair share of riders who obey the laws and ride normally. I've seen my fair share of V6 Mustangs that will eat Vipers for lunch, as well as the riced out ones that I want to set on fire. Same with Eclipses. We can't even say "nobody deserves to get gunned down" (even though he was shot in the back) because no one knows the whole story. Sooo.....who the fvck cares?

Well obviously he was following them trying to scare them, possibly knocking him off the bike, or stopping him and having a few words that MIGHT lead to an *** whooping..

NOWHERE NEAR shooting the guy, thats rediculous... He is deff going to prison, I would be upset if some 20 yr old man was following my daughters to scare them also. Kind of a punk *** to try and scare some girls.

Whether or not someone gives you the finger is no reason to follow someone home, trying to intimidate them. It's about being the bigger person, which apparently this guy had a hard time doing. So instead he felt the need to follow two girls home...what a big macho man he must be.
It was posts like these I was referring to. You made it seem as if the majority of the blame lie on his shoulders. When in fact, shooting somebody in the back while they are on their bike for following your daughter's home is the more douchebag/*******/absurd act. Like most other users, I saw your posts to be very pro-shooter. Thus the reason most ppl were debating with you.

I know, I think its easier to remember.... 2378 Heron Lake Road vs. 894-OFXW. It's not like you need to remember the exact spelling and everything of the road. Also, maybe the guy just didn't have a good memory!

He did drive by the house twice! lol

But then again, maybe he was a douchebag/******* and was planning something and actually posed a threat.

The point is, we will never know because he was shot to death with no questions asked.

i think no matter what though we've all agreed that shooting the dude without asking any questions or looking for any answers was far from the correct way of handling it.

well, i wanst necessarily trying to say its easier to remember an address, but more so, using visual land marks i can find my way back to a house, and if it was local to me, its of course going to be even easier.

as far as driving back twice, as far as we know, this could of been a dead end street. maybe driving by again was the only way out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

exactly what i was about to say. When I dont know where I am, I go back the way i came. or it could have been a cul-de-sac.

Agreed, unless the whole family KNEW all the answers and they tried to cover it up by making it look like self defense, but the dad missed the first time and shot him in the back...in which things just got a whole lot messier for everyone...

Excellent point! I mean when you think about it he was probably just turning around to leave and go on his way. And yeah I agree with you on the landmarks.

The sad thing is we will never know. Oh well, there definitely is a lesson to be learned here tho, never follow somebody home, you just never know these days. Better safe then sorry, just call the po-po. Although I am not to fond of cops, lol, but let's not get into that, haha.
